About the Fw-190A-3:
One of the most distinctive German fighters of WWII has to be the Focke Wulf 190A. Powered by a BMW 801D engine producing 1,800 hp, the A-3 version was capable of flying at 400mph plus.
This Focke Wulf 190 is known as 'Black 1', also an A-3 variant. This fighter belongs to the Staffelkapitan of 14.JG 5 which was based in Northern Finland in June 1943. This particular is finished in an accurate depiction of 'Black 1's camouflage scheme.
